Interview With Aniruddha Joshi

My name is Aniruddha Joshi, and I am from India. I recently joined the Bachelor of Engineering in Print Media Technology at Stuttgart Media University (HdM) with a clear purpose: to elevate my family’s 87-year-old printing and packaging business to an international level. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in this industry, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges and opportunities it presents, and I am determined to bring innovative, data-driven, and sustainable practices to our operations.
My background in Business Administration has equipped me with essential skills in marketing and consumer behavior, but I recognize that true industry leadership requires technical expertise. After extensive research, HdM stood out for its commitment to cutting-edge print technologies and strong reputation in the field. The opportunity to study here is one I value greatly, as I know it will be instrumental in shaping my career and helping me modernize our business. The program at HdM aligns precisely with my ambitions. Courses like Pre-Media Technology, Printing Project, and Intercultural Problem Solving offer practical, hands-on training that I need to bring advanced print media technology into our operations. With this education, I aim to implement personalized, eco-friendly solutions to meet the demands of a global
market.

Being at HdM is about more than just acquiring technical skills; it’s about connecting with a community of innovators and industry experts, gaining insights into international standards, and preparing to apply these lessons to our family business in India. Germany’s emphasis on precision and technological advancement makes it the perfect environment to learn, and I am eager to bring that knowledge back to strengthen our family’s legacy.
Thank you for this opportunity. I am excited to contribute to the HdM community and take these skills forward into a future of innovation and growth for our business.
