MediaNight Summer Semester 2026
This year’s Media Night was a great success, welcoming numerous visitors to explore the projects developed by PMT students throughout the semester. The event provided an excellent opportunity to showcase the diversity and innovation of print and media technology while giving guests a closer look at the work carried out in our laboratories.
One of the highlights was the Product Development project, Around the World in 10 Bites, a children’s cookbook featuring breakfast recipes from around the world. Students also presented the results of the Advanced Lab Colour Management, where they completed the entire colour management workflow—from digital design to the production of a flowpack in gravure printing on barrier paper.
Further highlights included the Advanced Lab Gravure Printing, showcasing high-quality print applications, and the Advanced Lab 3D Printing, where students designed and produced moulds for manufacturing their own wax heads.
Throughout the evening, numerous guests visited the exhibitions, engaging with students and learning more about the diverse world of print and media technology. The event provided an excellent opportunity for students to present their work, explain their ideas, and discuss the processes behind their projects. We are already looking forward to next semester’s edition and another opportunity to showcase the creativity, innovation, and passion of our PMT community.
