Hi, my name is Md Saiful Islam, and I’m from Bangladesh. I’m currently pursuing my 7th semester in the Print Media Technology program, which I enrolled in during the winter semester of 2021.
Print Media Technology is a dynamic field that encompasses the processes and techniques used in printing, publishing, and related media industries. The program offers a comprehensive curriculum covering print production, design, color management, digital printing, and the latest innovations in the printing industry. Students also gain valuable insights into the operational aspects of print businesses, such as workflow, quality control, and sustainability practices, preparing us for a wide range of industries, including publishing, advertising, and packaging.
Our university combines both hands-on learning and theoretical instruction. The access to modern print labs and the latest digital printing equipment gives students a deep understanding of both traditional and contemporary techniques. Success Story: The Creation of Arabian Nights
One of the most rewarding experiences in our program has been the Product Development course, where my team and I embarked on an exciting project to create a book titled Arabian Nights. This project became a testament to our passion for storytelling and design.
The journey of creating Arabian Nights was not just about producing a book—it was about learning, growing, and pushing the boundaries of what we thought possible. It taught us the importance of creativity, collaboration, and perseverance. We are immensely proud of the final product, which reflects our dedication and teamwork.
This achievement has inspired us to keep pushing our limits and striving for excellence. It’s a reminder that when creativity and determination come together, extraordinary things can happen. This success story motivates us to continue turning our ideas into reality and aiming higher in all that we do.
Bangladesh is a vibrant country in South Asia, known for its rich cultural heritage and diverse landscapes. With over 160 million people, it is one of the most densely populated countries in the world. I was born in Cumilla, a significant city in eastern Bangladesh. Cumilla is famous for its archaeological sites, including Wari-Bateshwar and the Lalmai Hills UNESCO site. The city is also a hub for agriculture and education, reflecting its rich traditions and local cuisine.
